Your business name and email at signup; client, job, quote, and billing information you enter; and information submitted by prospects through your public contact page.
To provide the service -- storing your data, sending emails on your behalf (login links, lead acknowledgments, invoices), and processing payments.
We use Resend to send emails and Stripe to process payments. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the business email associated with your account.
