AI to Builders is a contractor management platform providing client, job, quote, and billing tools, along with AI-assisted employee features.
Accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription (currently $950/year for 1-5 users, or $1,499.85/year for 6-10 users). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Additional AI agents beyond the first two included are billed at $24.99/month each. Businesses on the 6-10 user plan needing more than 10 users can add them at $12/month each.
You own the client, job, and business data you enter. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to submit false or misleading information through the public contact forms.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
